Blueprints

Blueprints are the step-by-step instructions for transforming your practice and increasing immunization rates. Included is a timeline to help you understand the general process, specific guidelines for registering your practice, instructions for selecting an immunization champion, tracking progress, and creating a Standing-Order-Program.

Blueprint Tasks:

Complete each Blueprint instruction in the order and time frame provided. The total estimated time needed to complete these instructions and develop Your Practice's 4 Pillars™ Job Site & Plan is listed after each task. If your Practice is using The 4 Pillars™ Immunization Toolkit to increase influenza vaccination rates, you should begin at least 4-6 weeks before influenza vaccination is scheduled to start.
